It's Feeling Like Fall!

There is a whole lot of fall in the air!  I have decided to stop struggling with the end of summer and to embrace the crisp air, the gorgeous colors and the bounty of leaves covering our lawn.  A carpet of leaves has magically appeared overnight - it seems our majestic oak trees have begun to drop their leathery leaves a little early this year.

I have already been to the Pumpkin Patch and it's overflowing with color and beauty.

The Indian corn is amazing - look at all of the saturated fall colors on one ear of corn!

This Enchanted Pathway is on my regular walking route and it gets prettier every day!

This still life was created at the Morton Arboretum and the colors are fantastic!

What would fall be without some Scarecrows?  These are handmade in Michigan and really adorable!

And one last Dahlia, aglow, hanging on to the late summer light, just like me!
